When we take in new experiences, we are invited to see the world in new and more unlimited ways. Meditation has shifted my ability to create and feel confident as an artist.

Join me for a 28 day activation of your confidence and inspiration. Whatever you want to strengthen in your life, let's do it. We all want more connection to our higher selves. 

This workshop provides 3 expressive arts projects (presented live via Zoom on Sundays) and 28 days of live meditation. 

Sunday January 21, 2024 to February 17, 2024.

Each week we'll go in-depth into a different theme to help us break free of what holds us back and expand into more empowerment.

Week 2 Inner Critic(s) Eviction 

Week 3 Believing and Receiving: all about self worth

Week 4 Surrender and Surprise 

Expressive Art Studio (Live) is Sunday January 21, January 28, February 4. 2pm - 3:30pm CST 

Meditation times: 

You will have access to the recorded meditation if you cannot attend live. Live recordings are published when the retreat is over. 

HyFi Meditations enhance our ability to be present and enjoy our creative life. 

Expressive art is about expressing who you are. The experience is the goal, to merge with the the timeless you, where everything is connected. Your inner child and higher self merge, guiding you into a state where you understand your life from a place of pure clarity.
