Creative power and sensuality flow together like a dance. 

Many of us go through adulthood seeking to (or avoiding) working through our complicated relationship to our creative expression and sexual power.

For some, the trust of our creativity abilities and expression is broken by self consciousness.

For others, child like expression is seen as immature or taboo thus causing need for control and perfectionism.

Just as inner child work can help us feel safe, inner teenage work can bring us to confidence in our expression. We come to meet our sensuality during puberty and at the same time that our childlike innocence is lost. There's some stuff to iron up around here, that when revealed, will only bring more confidence and fun into life. 

At our retreats we flow, it's an adventure where we use the power of a conscious group to heal and expand.

Passion and inspiration are connected to the frequencies of sensuality and creative flow, these two are not separate. The more inspired and passionate we are about life, the more we can access the power and feel more confident to create the lives we want.

This retreat is for people of all creative, physical and spiritual experience. 

Through HyFi meditation, daily movement and expressive arts workshops we will be transforming our relationship to our sensual and creative nature. 

This 5 day retreat will be held at the beautiful Briar Patch Inn in Sedona, Arizona.

Sedona is a place on Earth that looks like you are walking in a painting. It is expressive in it's being. It is a place of walking to the beat of your own drum. People visit Sedona to find themselves and connect to the powerful energies of spirit. You could say that it's like a train station for the different high frequencies people want to experience or call in more of.

We will be experiencing the different vortexes in their own unique expression. This will help us to enhance our connection to our own signature frequency, our original essence and support us in working though our blocks, not just around sensuality but self expression as well. 

We will also explore our edges though breath-work, celebrate with ecstatic dance, release with rage release, and enjoy circle time as a group.

There will also be time to explore Sedona with a free late afternoon and evening on Friday night. Use this as an opportunity to rest in seclusion or explore downtown with your new friends. This is the only evening when dinner is not provided. We will provide recommendations for restaurants and shops to visit! Sedona has so much magic to offer.  

For a retreat to be fun and effective, there must be a balance between flow and structure. You will find that our retreats do just this, provide a sense of intuitive guidance and flux to go with the flow of what happens. 

My co-host, Tim Asher, has an adventurous spirit that is skilled in supporting us as we explore movement and nature. No matter your skill or comfort level, his expertise of the physical realm helps to enhance the groups inner balance and confidence. 

My nature is creative, expressive and intuitive. I guide HyFrequency (Heighten Your Frequency) meditations and expressive art projects that will sweep us up in the fun of the present moment. This will help us to release the blocks and limitations during the retreat, ultimately uncover the signature frequency living within each of us. 

Together, we support the groups energetic shifts.

Celebrating our body's power through hiking in the vortexes of Sedona 

Exploring sensual movement, natural sounds and pleasure

Releasing shame and blocks around creativity and sensuality 

Meeting our creative, frequency signature through expressive art projects

Moving intentionally with mindful movement and stretching

Calling our power back and celebrating life

Fire gathering for release and magnification of the good stuff (guests asked to bring something to release that reminds us of our blocked child or teenage self) 

Dipping in the healing waters of Oak Creek (optional)

Eat nourishing, Organic homemade food

Relaxing with down time in a gorgeous place Briar Patch Inn

Making new friends in an intimate group setting 

Exploring our edge with breath work and rage release

One free night to wander in Sedona (Friday Night; dinner not included) 

Dressing in color for one dinner and evening circle, each person will be asked to dress in head to toe in a certain color (Saturday Night)

This is a 5day/4night retreat and price includes lodging for 4 nights. Three meals per day and snacks provided. 

Community Room sleep solo in a twin or larger bed in a room with roommates. You'll be matched unless you are traveling with friends!
